Application area 

HC-GY71S integrated steel bar scanner is a portable intelligent non-destructive testing device used to detect the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can detect the thickness of steel bar protective layer, locate the position, direction, and distribution of steel bars in reinforced concrete structures such as walls, tunnels, and bridges. It can also detect magnetic and conductive materials in non magnetic and non conductive media.

The thickness of the steel bar protective layer, the position and spacing of the steel bars are displayed on the same screen, supporting automatic identification of whether the thickness value meets the design value;

Optimize the waveform scanning mode steel bar judgment algorithm, improve the recognition ability of dense steel bars, and make the thickness value of the protective layer more accurate;

Upgrade the thickness detection mode, with a protection layer accuracy of 0.1mm, support for left and right dual AD value prompts, and automatic center interpretation;

Built in Bluetooth chip, connected to the Haichuang Data Platform APP for real-time upload of detection data;

Horizontal and vertical laser positioning, real-time display of steel bar position and adjacent steel bar centerline, aiming box and indicator light multiple reminders, convenient for steel bar positioning and drilling core;

Support multiple detection modes suitable for different special measurement environments, including avoiding stirrup detection, reverse correction detection, reverse value detection, concave detection, and convex detection;

JGJ detection automatically generates on-site measurement point thumbnails and customizes the detection sequence;

1.All products are inspected before shipment, if you are not satisfactory with the purchase, you can exchange the items in one week, and you must contact us within 24 hour of receipt of the products.
2.The shipping charges are not refundable and the customer should be responsible for all the charges of return and reshipping.
3.For our majority products (Auto level, Theodolite, Total Station) we are offing 1 year warranty;
4.For small issues like missing or damaged part, key board, please send us the photos, we will send the required part and related instructions to you for free;
5. For big issues in one year warranty like EDX board, main board issue. We could only ask you to send the instrument back to us. Normally we will have it fixed in 10 working days and send back to you. You and we shall take care of the corresponding shipping cost on each side. For big issues out of one year warranty, the customer should be responsible for all the cost.
